All of our pieces are custom made to your exact vision—and truly beautiful things take time. We recommend planning for 6–8 weeks from initial idea to final shipment.

Consultations are complimentary. We’ll also ideate back and fourth with some quick sketches or inspiration images you’d pinned. Once you’re confident in the direction, we’ll create a CAD design with a $150 non-refundable deposit, which is fully credited toward your final piece.

After the CAD is complete and your stones are selected, we’ll provide final pricing. (We’re always happy to share a ballpark estimate earlier in the process, but costs can shift based on metal, stone quality, and design complexity.)

Once we’ve sourced your perfect stones—each one approved by you and inspected by us for in-person clarity—and you’ve signed off on the design, we require a 50% deposit to begin production. You may also pay in full at this stage if preferred.

The remaining balance is due before your piece ships. We’ll confirm your shipping address with you prior to dispatch.

Your jewelry includes a one-year craftsmanship guarantee and one complimentary resizing, should you need it.

Because each piece is made to order just for you, we regretfully cannot accept returns after your project is put into production.

Yes, of course. We’re delightfully finicky about diamonds and source only exceptional stones—always balancing beauty, performance, and smart pricing.

If you’d like us to source a diamond for a setting you plan to have made elsewhere, we’re happy to do that. All diamonds are shipped to us in Dallas first so we can inspect them (and admire them a bit) before sending them on to you.

If you find a diamond online and aren’t sure whether it’s a great stone—or a great price—send it our way. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a sparkler or a dud, and whether the price feels fair or… highway robbery. Many times, we can beat the prices you’re able to find!
